Beginner: these classes are specifically geared toward the beginner.
All levels: these classes will have a wide variety of levels within them, beginners are welcome and are expected to respect their own boundaries should the class get outside of their ability.
Intermediate: these classes are geared for a more advanced practitioner, beginners can dip their toes in, but be ready to sit out on some portions of class.
Advanced: these classes are designed with the advanced practitioner in mind. Intermediate practitioners are welcome to dip their toes in, but be ready to sit out some portions of class.

Situated across two beautiful studio rooms – the Pilates Reformer Studio and the Yoga Studio – we offer an exciting range of classes, with something to suit all experience levels. Find your flow in a hot yoga or non-heated yoga class, discover stability in Pilates, slow down and unwind with meditation, yoga nidra and yin yoga, and give back to the community with our charity classes and events.

Ab Lab Reformer
This class focuses on getting your core worked to the max in a half hour time frame. Fantastic for those who are short on time, or those who want to add on a bit extra to their other classes. Ab lab will help you develop your deep core, a cornerstone of the Pilates practice.

Align Reformer
Whether you’re a gentle beginner or a long-time connoisseur coming to recover, find stability, alignment and confidence in a slower-paced Align class.
Suitable for most levels, whether you’re a newbie or a long time Reformer lover looking to slow down and focus on form.
Suitable during pregnancy, but please disclose with your instructor so they can make adjustments.

Suitable for those with Reformer experience. We offer a Level 1 and Level 2 Jumpboard class.

Men's Reformer (All Levels)
Pilates is a sustainable movement practice for everyone. Improve strength, flexibility and endurance to ensure you can keep doing the things you love. Expect better posture, balance and core strength.
Open to beginners but if you have any concerns or injuries you may like to book a private session first.

Pilates Mat (All Levels)
Come in, find a spot, take a breath, Find stability, alignment and strength with our Pilates Mat classes.
Suitable for all levels.

Pregnancy + Postnatal Reformer (All Levels)
Come and improve your overall energy, fitness and strength in a fun, safe and supportive environment. A full-body workout to strength and maintain flexibility throughout the changes and challenges of childbirth to support your body's healing and recovery.
Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and postnatal mums who have been cleared for exercise by a suitable health professional/pelvic floor specialist.
If you're new to reformer or just want a refresh, we recommend a private session before joining the class.

Rest and Restore (All Levels)
Check in, check out, and feel all kinds of restored with our highly therapeutic Rest and Restore yoga class with Wednesday Darling, returning January 2024 at 6:30 pm.
It is the perfect wind-down after a busy day, and hopefully you can slither home into bed for an early night.
Expect longer holds and a mindful practice to encourage you to soften and relax in mind and body. Using a variety of props to provide comfort and ease, the intention of this class will be to down regulate the nervous system and build a deeper rest and lasting peace.

RestOra Block (All Levels)
Once a month, Amanda generously extends her RestOra offering to our wider community, she will introduce a condensed version here at Alma.
RestOra derives its name from the combination of "Rest," signifying the opportunity to allow your body to rest from daily work, and "Ora," which represents health and well-being. The core intention is to create a space for your mind, body and spirit to rest.
These sessions will weave together restorative yoga poses and mindful movement, accompanied by the soothing sounds of Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments. She will lead you into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation session to calm and soothe your nervous system.

Restorative Yoga - Heated (All Levels)
Check in, check out, and feel all kinds of restored with our highly therapeutic yoga. A restorative class aimed to target deeper tissues. Take the time to turn inwards, and leave feeling calm, rested and deeply connected. Studio temperature 28 to 30 degrees.

Women's Circle (Koha)
Women’s Circle at Alma - the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Alma is a hub for the community to support and uplift one another. This women's circle will be a gathering in the interest of bonding, sharing energy and creating ritual both by meditating and speaking our truth.
Whether you have been needing to cultivate your meditation practise or simply want to come together and connect authentically and more deeply into your wisdom, Lisa invites you to take your place on a cushion in our monthly circle and be open to what unfolds.
The last Tuesday of every month, starting July.
Wear comfortable clothing (layers are good), a meditation cushion if you have one and your mat, journal and pen, and your monetary koha for collection.

Yin~Yang Yoga (All Levels)
Check in, check out, and feel all kinds of restored with our class that targets both active and passive portals into the body. The yang portion of class will be more active, aimed at warming up the tissues, and then you will settle into the therapeutic Yin portion of class aimed to target deeper tissues. Take the time to turn inwards, and leave feeling calm, rested and deeply connected.
Suitable for all levels.

Ab Lab Reformer
